When you buy Omi Unlimited or devices on omi.me, both from website or in app, you can pay with:
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and other major cards)
PayPal
Google Pay (express checkout)
Crypto – USDC
View and download invoices
After you buy a device or subscription, you’ll get order and payment confirmation by email.
Keep these emails as your receipt/proof of purchase, especially for returns or support.
If you need a formal invoice or tax document, contact Support with your order number and they can help generate or resend it.
Failed payments: what happens and how to fix
If a payment fails (new purchase or renewal):
Check your card/PayPal/Google Pay/crypto details and try again.
Try a different payment method if possible.
If your order doesn’t go through or your plan doesn’t upgrade, contact Support (Discord help channel at discord.omi.me or [email protected]) with a screenshot of the error and your email address.
