Fair use and spam rules
To keep the program fair and sustainable, you must follow the Referral / Affiliate Program rules. In general, this means:
No spam
Don’t send unsolicited bulk emails or DMs.
Don’t post your link in irrelevant communities or comment sections just to drop a link.
No misleading or fake claims
Don’t promise features Omi doesn’t have.
Don’t misrepresent pricing, discounts, or availability.
No impersonation
Don’t pretend to be Omi, Omi Support, or an official Omi channel.
Make it clear you are a user/creator/partner recommending the product.
No abuse or self-fraud
Don’t use your own referral link to get personal discounts in ways the program forbids.
Don’t create fake accounts, fake orders or refund-churned purchases to farm commissions.
You’re also responsible for following local laws and advertising rules, including disclosure requirements (for example: telling your audience that you earn a commission on purchases made through your link).
When rewards can change or expire
Omi can change commission rates, eligible products, or bonus campaigns over time.
Individual referrals may be cancelled or reversed if the underlying order is refunded, charged back, flagged as fraud, or doesn’t meet program rules.
Your participation in the program can be limited or terminated if you violate the terms (spam, abuse, misleading claims, etc.).
For full details, always refer to the Affiliate Program terms available from your affiliate account and keep an eye on any emails or announcements about changes to commissions or policies.
