Track my device order

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

That link lets you:

  • See which carrier is handling your package

  • Follow live status and location

  • View the carrier’s contact options (name, support details, etc.)

  • Check the estimated delivery date

  • Enter your email on the tracking page to get tracking email updates, when available


Shipping times and delivery

After you place an order:

  • Weekdays: orders are usually fulfilled within 24 hours

  • Weekends: orders typically take about 48 hours to be fulfilled

Delivery time depends on:

  • Your location

  • The shipping option you chose

  • The carrier and local customs processes

It’s normal for tracking to pause for a few days, especially when the package is moving between carriers or countries. Please allow up to 10 days for updates.

If tracking still hasn’t updated after 10 days, contact Omi with your order details – they can ship a replacement or issue a refund, depending on what you prefer.


Taxes, fees and international shipping

There are two main types of shipping options:

“Duties and Taxes Prepaid”

  • Import duties and taxes are paid in advance

  • You should not be charged extra customs fees on delivery

Other shipping options

  • Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may apply

  • These charges are your responsibility and are not refunded

Customs delays and charges are handled by local authorities and can’t be reimbursed by Omi.

For orders shipped to countries in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel and return, as long as the product meets the general return conditions.
