How image / context capture works
When omiGlass is powered on and connected to the Omi app, it can stream audio, video and photos to Omi app, enriching the context of your conversations.
Omi processes that input like any other conversation: transcripts, summaries, memories and tasks.
Privacy tips while wearing Omi Glass
Treat it like any camera: avoid recording in private spaces (bathrooms, clinics, etc.) or where recording is not allowed.
Let people know when you are capturing audio/photo/video.
Point the glasses away or power them off if someone asks not to be recorded.
Battery and comfort best practices
Fully charge before long days.
Take short breaks to avoid fatigue from wearing smart glasses for many hours.
Keep the lenses and camera area clean for better quality and to avoid smudges in captured context.
