Omi Apps extend the core app with new capabilities: integrations, specialized chats and automations that run on your conversations and memories.
What Omi Apps are
Apps are modular extensions to the Omi app that:
Analyze conversations or memories.
Add new chat modes/personas.
Connect to external tools (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, Zapier, etc.).
Automate actions based on what you say.
Browse and search the Omi App Store
Open the Apps tab in the Omi app.
Browse categories (productivity, integrations, analytics, etc.) or search by name.
Tap an app to see what it does, what data it uses and any required accounts/permissions.
Install, enable and remove apps
To Install an app: open your Omi app, go to the Apps page → search for an app → tap enable / install button.
Some apps ask you to sign in with an external service (e.g., Google Drive, Notion).
You can disable or uninstall apps later from the same Apps section if you don’t need them anymore.
App categories: chat tools, integrations, automations, notifications
There are three main apps categories:
External Integrations – connect services like Zapier, Notion, Google Drive and others so Omi can export memories, tasks or events out of your conversations.
Chat Apps – new chat “personalities” or tools that you talk to (e.g., a coach, a writing helper, a domain expert).
Memory Apps – run automatically when a memory is created (e.g., Insight Extractor that analyzes new memories and surfaces patterns).
Some apps can also send you notifications or run scheduled checks on your data, making Omi feel more proactive and alive.
Apps that connect to Google Drive, Gmail, Notion and other tools
There are dedicated apps to:
Sync memories/transcripts/action items to Google Drive.
Use Notion as a CRM / knowledge base driven by Omi memories.
Trigger workflows via tools like Zapier or GitHub-related automations.
New integrations are added over time; always read each app’s description for the latest scope.
How to pick apps based on what you want Omi to do
Want better organization? → Install memory apps (insights, tagging, CRM).
Want automations? → Look for integration apps (Google Drive, Zapier, task exports, etc.).
Want smarter chat? → Try chat apps that specialize in coaching, brainstorming or domain-specific help.
