The Settings screen is where you manage imports, integrations, account details, payment and developer tools. Learn more about each option:
Import lifelogs from Limitless Pendant (and other devices when available)
To import Limitless Pendant data:
Export your data as text-only (ZIP) from https://app.limitless.ai/data-exports.
In the Omi app, go to Profile → Import Data.
Select the Limitless ZIP and start the import; Omi creates conversations from those lifelogs.
When other devices support data export into Omi, they’ll appear in the home screen. Lifelogs are now conversations.
Connect Omi chat to accounts: Google, Whoop, Notion, Twitter, GitHub
Some chat tools can talk to external services directly from Omi chat (for example: Gmail, Calendar, Whoop, Notion, X/Twitter, GitHub).
You usually:
Enable the relevant app/tool in the Apps or Chat Tools section.
Sign in with your external account.
Grant permission so Omi can read/write limited data (e.g., calendar events, project info).
Profile settings
Change language and name
Open personal / profile settings to update your display name and preferred language. Language choice affects transcripts and summaries.
Speech Profile (teach your voice to Omi)
In Speech Profile, follow the guided steps to record a few sentences so Omi can better recognize your voice and accent.
Identify other people (voice / speaker profiles)
Advanced multi-speaker identification is still evolving. You can tag people in conversations to improve recognition over time, and the Omi team is continuously refining diarization.
Conversation timeout (silence before ending a conversation)
Omi detects silence to decide when to end a conversation and package it into a single session.
You can find “conversation timeout” / silence duration option under Settings (gear icon) → Profile.
Manage payment methods
Paid apps and subscriptions are typically handled via PayPal and Stripe.
You can manage payment methods at Settings (gear icon) → Profile → Payment Methods
Task integration settings
In Settings → Task Integrations you can:
Connect / disconnect each supported task manager.
This lets you keep Omi as your capture layer while managing execution in your favorite task manager.
In the Tasks screen, click the + icon on the right side of any task to add it to your task manager.
