Tasks in Omi are the action items pulled out of your conversations plus anything you add manually. They help turn “talk” into concrete to-dos.
What Tasks are and where to find them
Omi scans conversations for commitments and to-dos and saves them as Tasks.
You’ll find them in the Tasks tab, where you can review, edit and mark them done.
Automatic tasks from conversations and voice
When you say things like “I’ll send the slides tomorrow” or “We need to follow up with Sarah next week”, Omi can highlight those as action items and turn them into tasks.
Some apps can add extra processing on tasks (e.g., exporting or tagging) when they are created.
Create tasks manually from the app
In the Tasks view, tap the + icon to add a task manually (title, notes, optional date/other fields depending on app version).
You can use this to add things that weren’t spoken in a conversation but you still want Omi to track.
View, complete and manage tasks in Omi
Mark tasks as done when you complete them.
Edit task titles/notes if Omi’s automatic wording isn’t exactly what you want.
Delete tasks you no longer need to keep your list clean.
How tasks integrate to external task managers (Google Tasks, Todoist, etc.)
In Settings → Task Integrations, you can connect Omi to:
Google Tasks
Todoist
ClickUp
Asana
Trello
Monday
Once connected, action items from Omi can be exported to those tools so they appear in your usual task manager.
