This guide explains how to charge the DevKit2 device. Follow the steps below to ensure proper charging.
First Time Users 🚨
If the device is completely new and hasn't been turned on yet, try pressing and holding at the centre of the device for at least 2-3 seconds. You should hear a buzzer sound, and the device should vibrate. A red light should appear shortly. If this doesn't happen, the battery may have discharged during transit. You can directly proceed to 2nd step.
Make sure that your device is functioning properly (you can confirm this by connecting it to the app).
Connect the device to any compatible charger. A blinking green light should appear, indicating that the device is charging. If this is your first time charging the device, it might take a few seconds to 2-3 minutes for the light to appear.
If the device is already connected to the app or is already turned on (indicated by a red or blue light), you will see a green blinking light alongside the red or blue light.
Note: If the device is completely new and hasn't been used yet, and if your firmware version is 1.0.5, you might not see the green light. Instead, a red light may appear, which is expected.
