This guide explains how to charge the Omi device. Follow the steps below to ensure proper charging.
If the device is completely new and hasn't been turned on yet, try pressing at the centre of the device. You should hear a buzzer sound, and the device should vibrate. A red light should appear shortly. If this doesn't happen, the battery may have discharged during transit. You can directly proceed to 2nd step.
Make sure that your device is functioning properly (you can confirm this by connecting it to the app).
Make sure the device is turned on (red or blue light visible), then place it on the charger and connect the charger to any power adapter or your laptop. An orange light should appear, indicating that the device is charging. If this is your first time charging the device, the light may take a few seconds to up to 2–3 minutes to appear.
